Gabriel Aubry Files For Physical And Legal Custody Of Nahla
I’m confused here. I was under the impression that Gabriel Aubry and < ">Halle Berry have stayed on good terms for the sake of their daughter, Nahla. There doesn’t seem to be much animosity between the two of them. I know they’ve had a few custody disputes, but honestly, they sounded more like scheduling conflicts over who Nahla would stay with while Halle worked and I never thought that would amount to anything too serious.
But this doesn’t sound good. Things could get ugly between them. Gabriel filed a petition to be legally recognized as Nahla’s father.

I hope that Gabriel and Halle can keep it civil for Nahla’s sake. They are both her parents and they both deserve to spend time with their daughter.
