Kim Kardashian: 'I Have a Cute Little Voice'

< ">Kim Kardashian's debut single "Turn It Up" is dropping soon and the reality star says her foray into music was mostly because she wanted to try something new.

"I wanted to do something that I had never done before, something that was a little bit out of my comfort zone," she said (via Us magazine). "So, I tried it and it was fun."

She says the song is "like a pop dance song," which will undoubtedly be catchy thanks to The-Dream who produced the song, along with hits like Rihanna's "Umbrella." Plus, Kim says: "I have a cute little voice," so we know it'll be a good spring anthem, if nothing else.

She claims she's not ready to leave her other career endeavors behind in favor of a music career, but who knows what the future will bring. "You never know what would happen but as of right now I'm not thinking about that," she said. "It's just a fun song."

Kim Kardashian: Grammy Glamourous

Stepping out for a swanky evening, < " style="color: #ff5aad; text-decoration: none;" target=""> Kim Kardashian was spotted at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards tonight (February 13).

The “Disaster Movie” babe brought her fashion A-game as she arrived at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, sporting a KaufmanFranco frock.

Tonight’s festivities will include a bevy of beautiful people and a plethora of amazing musical performances.

Among those taking the stage are Justin Bieber, Lady Antebellum, Muse, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, and Eminem.

Kim Kardashian Visits with Harper's Bazaar

Currently spending time on the east coast, Kim Kardashian was spotted keeping up with her busy schedule in New York City on Thursday (February 10).

Being chauffeured around town, the always-stylish E! star made her way over to Harper's Bazaar's workplace for a pop-in before continuing along the the day's agenda.

Posting a picture of herself next to a wall hanging of her March 2011 cover issue on Twitter, Kim tweeted, "Popped into the Hapers Bazaar offices...and look who I see! LOL"


Meanwhile, fans can look forward to an all-new episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York" in which Miss Kardashian reconnects with her Austrailian bodyguard Shengo Deane.

With a preview available below, the installment airs on Sunday, February 13th at 10pm on E!.

Kim Kardashian Channels Cleopatra for Harper's Bazaar

Making for the perfect cover girl, < " style="color: #ff5aad; text-decoration: none;" target=""> Kim Kardashian graces the front page of < " style="color: #ff5aad; text-decoration: none;" target="_blank"> Harper's Bazaar's March 2011 issue.

Hitting newsstands on February 22, the E! reality star pays homage to Elizabeth Taylor's iconic portrayal of Cleopatra in the 1963 film.

Highlights from Kim's Harper's issue are as follows:

Kim has always had a head for business: "I would absolutely characterize myself as ambitious," she says. She credits her late father, lawyer Robert Kardashian, with instilling a work ethic in her. "I put myself on a budget. My parents raised us saying that at 18, we'd be cut off," she explains.

Kim was recently in New York filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York: “I worked out once. I gained like 10 pounds. All the papers were like, Kim’s pregnant! I ate the nuts on the street corner, the hot dogs, the street meat. It was not a joke. The city asked us not to tweet when we were there because the population growing around our store was becoming a fire hazard."


She recently filmed her first music video with Kanye West. “I can carry a tune, yeah. I have a cute little voice. I talked to people in the business, and they said, ‘This is what we do for fun. You go to the movies, you go shopping, why don’t you try what we do?’” And with no less than West as a collaborator, Kim might yet be a hit.
