Kelsey Grammer: Officially Divorced

He scored a quick divorce from wife < ">Camille and now < " style="color: #ff5aad; text-decoration: none;" target=""> Kelsey Grammer is officially an unmarried man.

The “Cheers” actor is said to be planning a wedding for later this month to marry his current fiance Kayte Walsh, hence he wanted to get the divorce finalized as soon as possible.

Part of the quickie divorce was Kelsey’s agreement to post $2.3 million to protect < ">Camille’s pension rights regarding his assets.


< " style="color: #ff5aad; text-decoration: none;" target=""> Kelsey Grammer and < ">Camille will work out their property settlement at a later date, though it would seem Kelsey has relinquished much of his leverage.

Camille and Kelsey Grammer: Pretty Much Divorced!

< ">Camille Grammer and < ">Kelsey Grammer are one step closer to a divorce, just in time for the actor to get married again before the month is through.

At a hearing today, lawyers for both sides of this estranged, irritating couple told a judge they had agreed on the basics of a settlement. On Thursday, therefore, the court will receive the final divorce decree (i.e. "bifurcation") papers, with property and assets to be divided at a later date.

< ">Camille Grammer is so broken-hearted over this split that she's considering a move cross country... in order to appear on The Real Housewives of New York City.

The Big Apple hasn't been this afraid of a visitor since King Kong.

Kelsey's Ex Wants Protection from New Fiance

Taking their issues to the courthouse, Camille and < "> Kelsey Grammer's lawyers faced off earlier today (January 26).

According to TMZ, Neal Hersh, who is representing Camille, and Lance Spiegel for < ">Kelsey Grammer argued over whether the “Frasier” star is entitled to an immediate divorce decree, saving those pesky property issues for a later date.


That being said, the judge pushed the matter back to February 7, which - if a divorce is granted at the time - < ">Kelsey Grammer will still be able to marry fiance Kayte Walsh during the last 2 weeks of February.

Meanwhile, Camille’s lawyer is looking to get Kelsey to cough up a $10 million bond to protect Camille just in case Grammer dies and Kayte goes to the pension administrator as the grieving widow.

For a guy who reportedly enjoys sex like a woman, < ">Kelsey Grammer is taking a manly stance in his divorce proceedings with < ">Camille Grammer.

The actor has made his case to a judge that he's taken every step necessary to be legally free forever from his wife. In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, < ">Kelsey Grammer is asking the court to officially grant the split.

Please just kiss Kelsey goodbye already, Camille.

The only things holding it up: greed and vindictiveness.
